Go for a dive. When you get out… log the dive! It takes less than a minute.
You’ll need to add a dive site and some target species first! -
When you hit save on a new dive log (and have service) the app will automatically fetch weather and ocean conditions data. It’ll take about a minute, but you’ll be able to view a dive report.
Dive Reports give you information about your dive and help you make connections between the environment and your experience and observations. -
Yes!
The app will still save dive logs and you’ll have access to your dive log data when offline. It cannot fetch new weather data or do more complex analysis, etc.
Once you’re back online the app will sync your data so that new conditions data can be fetched and saved with your dive logs. -
Target species should include fish you regularly harvest and the fish you’d like to harvest more often.
For every target species, you’ll be able to read reports and view breakdowns of when and where you have success with them.

In your account you’ll find an ‘Account Recovery’ section. If you’ve stored your account recovery code we can easily let you back in.
If you don’t have your account recovery code.. we can’t help you. We won’t risk compromising someone’s spots or dive log data. -
Spearcasts are a premium feature and are designed to help you choose where to dive today.. or in two weeks.
Using your own data + global weather models we can identify patterns that you’ve already discovered and alert you to them.
Note: this feature will require you to have logged at least 10 dives in a range of conditions where you saw and did not see a target species.

When you open up the app, and flip through your dive sites looking at current conditions - deciding where to go - we’ll share simple reports.
